With more than 36 years of experience, including a long-standing presence in the Slovak market, we have once again secured a leading position in the prestigious ranking of the country's largest Executive Search firms. Our ranking reflects the Group's overall performance and continued growth. Between 2023 and 2025, we achieved a 40% increase both in the number of successfully completed Executive Search assignments and in Executive Search revenue. These results are driven by our innovative approach and deep expertise in in combining EXECUTIVE SEARCH – LEADERSHIP INTELLIGENCE – PUBLIC AFFAIRS. This unique combination has enabled us to maintain a stable leadership position in our market segment and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients. The ranking was published in the Career Guide 2026, the annual special edition of The Slovak Spectator. It is based on a combination of several indicators for 2025 (number of active Executive Search partners and consultants, revenue, and number of filled positions according to individual levels, etc.). In addition to rankings and useful data and contacts, the yearbook also brings interesting information and trends not only for HR professionals.
