Amrop supported distribution of the movie Nedodržaný sľub

Consultancy company Amrop Slovakia decided, mainly for its high value and deep human message, to support the distribution of the Slovak actors film Nedodržaný sľub, which was introduced to the silver screens with success in April 2009 by the production company GENTA FILM. Employers, collaborators and guests of Amrop Slovakia watched this film reconstruction of this non typical, but true war story of Martin Friedmann-Petráš, Slovak Jew from the little town Bánovce nad Bebravou on a stand-alone projection of the theatre Astorka in Bratislava. After the projection, at the invitation of the chairman of JENEWEIN GROUP Martin Krekáč they were all participated on a dinner in the Cuban restaurant Malecón. This pleasant reunion was also a part of the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the brand Jenewein on the Slovak market, which will come to a head in autumn.

Human Resources for children

Following a partnership with Children’s safety line, consulting company Amrop Slovakia, member of Jenewein Group, supports the second year of a charitable 21 km run for children, which takes place on September 19, 2010. Besides the preparation of an own run-team, Amrop will assure by volunteer work a fluent pass of the own contest on the day D and, moreover, he committed to address a “human resources community“ and connect the most of active entrants form particular companies.

Promoting visibility of European Parliament in SR

One of the main tasks of European Parliament Information Office in SR is to make the European Parliament activities visible. JENEWEIN GROUP, on the basis of common project, participates on fulfilment of this task. The cooperation includes eighteen events (seminars, workshops, press conferences in Slovakia and Brussels). Besides fulfilment the organizational role by its own project team JENEWEIN GROUP also contributes with specialized topics, participation of its own experts and using its own know-how and network.

Evuluation of Self-Governing Measures

EPPP Think Tank became a partner of the project Evaluation of Self-governing Measures, which is created by Center for Economic Development (CPHR) in co-operation with Slovak Association of Towns and Cities (ZMOS). The project evaluates the important measures affecting the quality of life of citizens in Slovakia. Mária Nádaždyová, senior program manager EPPP, has become a member of evaluation committee on the basis of invitation from CPHR.

Survey highlights need to nurture top talents

Simplified levy system: 25-10-3

The levy system is in the surveys regularly described as one of the biggest barriers to business. The Business Alliance of Slovakia is devoted to this issue for a long time and due to the current state of economic crisis that affected the evolution of public finances and the repeated rejection of proposals for levy relief by the government, The Business Alliance of Slovakia come forward with a proposal which is the first step of reforming contribution scheme, which involves a massive simplification of the system of calculation and payment of levies.

Hospodárske noviny in a project Find a job with HN every week during three months published stories of candidates – fresh graduates – for a vacant position, their CV, picture, evaluation and their potential career path. Slovak journalists visited the FIPRA office in Brussels

About twenty of representatives of Slovak media with primary orientation on the EU affairs have met in Brussels. HNClub – Entrepreneurs: bureaucracy increases constantly

Slovak entrepreneurs state that the bureaucracy increases each year. This represents one of the conclusions of the discussion forum of the HNClub, which took place on May 2010 in Bratislava.
