HESO Project/HESO Project – Regions

HESO Project

One of the main activities of think tank INEKO – Institute for Economic and Social Reforms, the HESO project (Assessment of Economic and Social Policies), has obtained long-term support and partnership of consultancy company AJG Consulting. It is a unique platform, where independent economists, analysts, specialized journalists, representatives of private and non-government sector and representatives of academic community, self-government and corporative organizations regularly present their opinions to chosen measures of legislative and executive power and decisions of public institutions in Slovakia and EU. Martin Krekáč has become a member of evaluation committee on the basis of invitation from INEKO. AJG Consulting also supports issuing of publication Economic and social measures in Slovakia, which is regularly published in the fall.

HESO Project – Regions

Company AJG Consulting became a partner of the project HESO – Regions (Evaluation of the economic and social measures in the regions of the Slovak Republic), which is a modification of the project HESO evaluating the measures only at the national level. In the project HESO – Regions, every three months the economic analysts, entrepreneurs, mayors, representatives of academia, professional and non-governmental organizations express their opinions on the proposed and realized measures of self-governing institutions on the level of municipalities and counties. This is how the project brings professional public opinion on important measures of social-economic nature affecting the quality of life of citizens in various communities and regions of Slovakia.
