Sme: The end of salary secrecy? Find out whether you earn the same as your colleagues

At the end of April, the National Council of the Slovak Republic approved an act on pay transparency – Act No. 76/2026 Coll. on equal pay for men and women performing the same work. The legislation, which is based on a European directive, is expected to come fully into effect in 2027.
