Anna Antalová

She joined the Amrop in 2007. Since then she has been working as a Researcher Consultant. Her stay with Amrop has been enriched by six-month-secondment at Seeliger y Conde in Barcelona, Spain.

As a Researcher, she is responsible for the research phase of Executive Search projects, performing all activities related to market research and candidates' annotations. The projects she has been working on cover different areas, from IT and Consumer & Retail up to Automotive & Industrial sector.

She has graduated from Master's Program at Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava, with specialization in Human Resources. She has enriched her knowledge by studying at University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

Besides working for the Amrop, she is an active volunteer in the field of youth work on the national and international level and an external trainer working for Slovak National Agency for Youth.

Mario Fondati

He is a Partner of Amrop Slovakia. His primary focus is on leading professional practice teams in the areas of Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting Services. He joined the firm in 2010.

He is experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region across many senior and middle management positions as well as high speciality positions for variety of companies in German as well as English speaking environment. He has got extensive knowledge and experience in area of business processes, restructuring, quality, planning, marketing and sales. He is responsible for managing projects especially in the areas of Executive Search and Board Advisory Services in Industrial, IT/Telco, Retail and Life Science sectors and provides consulting on various issues locally as well as on the international level.

Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia he worked for another international Executive Search consultancy with responsibility for managing his own business case. Before he moved to Executive Search business, for several years he held a leadership role in telecommunication sector in area of sales support, marketing, planning and quality.

He is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and leader of Increasing Value of Human Capital Initiative at think-tank EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership.

Ladislava Chvostaľová

She is Manager at Amrop Slovakia. Her primary focus is on market sectors of Consumer & Retail and Advertising & Media. In addition to Consumer & Retail her responsibility covers also luxury & apparel, hospitality & leisure and restaurants. She joined the firm in 2007.

Before joining Amrop Slovakia, she was working four years as Human Resources Manager for one of the biggest global retailer. Primary she was responsible for HR and training issues in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Throughout her career, she has participated on a variety of HR projects for retail units, logistics centers and head office, covering senior managerial as well as specialized positions. She brings to her role a strong corporate human resources background. As a consultant at Amrop, her search expertise includes management and realization of the Executive Search projects across the spectrum of Board and C-level as well as senior and middle management positions for variety of international as well as local companies across a wide spectrum of industries. The area of her professional experience also covers creation and implementation of competency model in retail sector, preparation, timing and realization of recruitment campaigns for retail units and big logistic centers. She also possesses successful and longstanding expertise with Staffing & Recruiting, Compensations & Benefits, Motivation & Employee Satisfaction, Talent Management, Training & Development, Development Centers and Assessment Centers, Performance Management, Outplacement and Management Audits.

Lucia Lauková

She is a Senior Consultant at Amrop Slovakia and joined the company in 2000.

She is primary focused on market sectors Life Science, Consumer & Retail and Media & Advertising. Due to her broad experience in work mainly at C-level, she is mainly involved in Executive Search projects. Besides placing senior and middle management sales and marketing positions she is also responsible for assignments focused on financial, technical and specialized positions. She also possesses experience in Management Consulting projects. She participated on number of Potential Analysis projects where potential, motivation and development areas of the candidates are defined. She also leads Outplacement projects.

Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia she has worked as Consultant within international personnel consulting company operating mostly in CEE region. Besides leading the search projects she was also responsible for business development.

She is a graduate of English language and literature on Faculty of Education, Comenius University in Bratislava.

Alexandra Lichvárová

She has joined Amrop Slovakia as Senior Consultant in 2003, since 2007 has become a Senior Manager.

She manages projects and coordinates project teams serving clients mostly from Automotive & Industrial Sector. Being in Executive Search business since 1994, she is specialized in Executive Search, Management Audit and Human Capital Consulting Services in Amrop Slovakia. Besides the consulting activities in Automotive and Industrial or Transport & Logistics she possesses professional experience and knowledge in Executive Search for C-level, top and senior management cross-functional level or highly specialized level of positions. The scope of her expertise is also enriched by group and individual assessments. In wider HR consulting context, she advises and supports clients coming from various industries in establishment and optimization of HR processes within their organization.

She studied Marketing and Managing Customer Relations at City University Bratislava. Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia she has worked as a Research Consultant within another significant Executive Search company focusing its activities primary in European region.

Michal Lukáč

He is a Consultant at Amrop Slovakia. He joined the team in 2008.

He holds a university degree in the area of Human Resources Management. As a Consultant he specializes on providing support in development of new business opportunities and on Executive Search of professionals at middle, senior and top managerial level and specialized positions in sector practices Transport & Logistics, Automotive & Industrial and Professional Services. During his active professional career he gained broad experience in realization of Executive Search projects for another significant Executive Search consultancy. Before he joined Amrop Slovakia for several years he worked for one of the leading international companies in field of Transport & Logistics with his focus on air cargo transportation.

Mária Nádaždyová

Mária Nádaždyová is a Senior Program Manager of the think-tank organization EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership since 2008. She also acts as a leader of the initiative Development of globalized labour market.

She has long term expert and managerial experience in public policy sector mostly in the field of social policy and employment, where the majority of her recent experience has focused on the area of social assistance, social inclusion and change management of social services, further education and human capital development, international relations, management and assessment of development and cooperation programmes and projects. Since 2000 she has been engaged predominantly in the EU affairs focusing on the EU architecture, decision-making processes, EU policies and legislation, EU social model, institution and capacity building and EU programmes. She makes use of her professional background and extensive experience in national and EU policy to transfer EU policy and good practice to countries on their road to the EU membership and countries with high development potential.

In various training programmes and public presentations she concentrates mostly on the topics related to elimination of poverty and social exclusion, people with disabilities – their human rights, quality of life and employment prospects, modern social services, further training of public servants in the EU affairs, verbal and non-verbal communication in negotiations, EU institutions and decision-making processes, coordination of EU affairs at national level, comparison of different social models, Lisbon Strategy and globalization – gains, risks and losses.

These topics provide reference framework for different programme and project initiatives she develops and implements through the following project schemes: ESF, Slovak Aid, EU Technical Assistance – Twinning, Financial Mechanisms – EEA, Norwegian and Swiss.

Jana Plankenauerová

She has joined FIPRA Slovakia in 2008 as Research Analyst. Her primary responsibilities are monitoring and researching the government and parliamentary agenda and drafting policy and issue briefs for clients.

In 2007 she successfully completed her studies at the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. Then she continued her studies at the Institute of International Relations and Approximation of Law - within the program which trains experts for Foreign Service. She finished her three-semester postgraduate study program at the Institute in 2009. At the moment she is enrolled at part time PhD program where she focuses her research on The legal aspects of the impact of implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon on the institutional framework of the European Union. During her studies she had several part time jobs working as researcher in law firms.

Liana Poláčková

She is a Research Consultant at Amrop Slovakia and she joined the company in 2007. While working for the firm she acquired experience with participating at Executive Search projects at the level of top and middle management as well as specialized positions mainly in Media & Advertising, Financial & Professional Services, and Automotive & Industrial sector.

She is a graduate of Finance, Banking and Investments at the University of Matej Bel in Banská Bystrica. Prior joining Amrop Slovakia she was working for one of the leading international insurance companies and was responsible for relationship management with individual clients.

Miroslav Řádek

He acts in the EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership as policy analyst focusing primarily on the area of university education and implementation of good governance principles in public organizations and bodies controlled by government. He also acts as a leader of the initiative Universities governance.

Prior joining the EPPP he cooperated with various distinguished Slovak think-tanks where he specialized on political analyses and local policy management system. While working for NGOs he promoted topics of civic activism with strong emphasis on identification and consequent preparation of potential youth leaders. He was also editor in chief of information periodical newsletter of self-governing authority of town Trenčín. Opinion making media and internet portals publish regularly his comments on various public topics – mostly related to home politics.

He is a university lecturer of political sciences and sociology profiling in political parties theory and practice – the topic of his doctorate thesis accomplished in 2007.

Eva Slobodová

Since 2005, she has held the position of Senior Consultant at Amrop Slovakia with many years of experience in research and selection of candidates, especially using Executive Search methodology in various levels of management - from the board level to managerial and specialized positions from the whole scale of sectors of business.

She is primarily focused on clients from Tourism & Hospitality sector. She also takes responsibility for leading projects in the area of Management Audit & Human Capital Consulting and represents also the expert advisor in utilizing psycho diagnostic methods in various assignments. She co-ordinates projects in the area of Management Consulting such as Management Appraisal and Management Audit, Potential Analysis, Outplacement Consulting. Eva is also the leader of Management Assessment Practice within Amrop Slovakia. She has led a lot of projects in the area of Talent and Leadership Management.

She finished her psychology studies at Faculty of philosophy at Comenius University in Bratislava in 1995 with specialization on working and organizational psychology. She disposes of more than 15 years of experience in the area of personnel consulting for clients from various sectors of the market.

Ingrid Svitaničová

She is a Research Consultant at Amrop Slovakia and joined the company in September 2007.

Since 1997 to 2003 were her professional career connected with AJG - Amrop Jenewein Group, where she was responsible for leading the administration, also actively participated in the organization of the National Career Days and implementation of projects and other activities oriented on a candidate.

After a short break she is currently holding the position of Research Consultant, being responsible for research phase of projects, mainly in the sectors of Automotive & Industrial, Consumer & Retail, Government, EU & Not for Profit and Energy.

Soňa Szabadosová

She has joined Amrop Slovakia in 2010. As Senior Advisor she is heading practice group with focus on strategy Business Relations development and management.

She is specialized in Executive Search and Management Consulting with focus especially on Private Equity and Family Business helping them to address diverse governance, strategy and management issues. She also focuses on developing strategic relations across the CEE region to help companies and individuals through Jenewein Business Innovation Network tackle a variety of challenges they face.

Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia she worked in the area of private banking in several international banks developing strategic relations with high-net-worth individuals from Central and Eastern Europe and advising them on various investment issues. Before that she also served as Senior Advisor to the President of one of the international banks in Slovakia and also held a position of Sales Director in one of the international IT solutions provider. She is a graduate of University of Economy in Bratislava.

Ivan Tomko

He is a Senior Consultant at Amrop Slovakia and joined the company in January 2007.

While working for Amrop Slovakia he gained professional experience with managing Executive Search projects at level of top and middle management as well as specialized positions mainly in sector practices Automotive & Industrial, Financial Services and Professional Services. He has also experience with market analysis, benchmarking projects and with providing support on Potential Analysis projects and other Management Consulting projects. He has gained valuable experience also from working for a strong international company to help out with various HR issues mainly focused on recruiting and setting up HR procedures.

He has university education in the field of management and economics with focus on strategic management. Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia he worked as a Sales Manager in an international company where he was responsible for management of complex sales process from client acquisitions through relationship management to project delivery.
