Martin Krekáč

Chairman of the Board EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

Already in 1990 Martin Krekáč succeeded in building strong international background for provision of consulting services focused on Executive Search and Human Capital; in this year he became a co-founder and one of two Managing Partners of the company Jenewein & Partners, which in 1999 became a member of the geographically largest group of Executive Search companies in the world - The Amrop Group. Since 2004 he is a Senior Partner of the company. Also thanks to his personal engagement the company became a fully valuable part of the global group, which resulted in rebranding to Amrop Slovakia - Context Driven Executive Search, and focuses on provision of consulting solutions in the areas of Executive Search, Board Advisory Services, Management Audit & Human Capital Consulting, in which it keeps the leading market position in the long term.

He is a co-founder of the company Jenewein Slovakia - Creating Growth Through Innovation; at establishment he was one of two Managing Partners and from 2004 he is a Senior Partner. Under his management the company concentrated on provision of innovative and customized consulting solutions in the areas of EU, management, investment and strategic consulting. He significantly participated in separation of complex consulting offer in the area of Public Affairs & Government Relations, that thanks to the company FIPRA Slovakia - Public Policy & Regulatory Advisers become a part of the leading European group operating in the area of public and regulatory policies with special focus on strategic government relations; it has its own EU representation in Brussels that coordinates representation of clients and enforcement of their interests in front of the European institutions. He is a Senior Partner of this company from its foundation in 2007.

He is a founder and chairman of the Governing Board of EPPP - European Public Policy Partnership, a private think-tank organization operating in Bratislava and Brussels and acting as an initiator of solutions in the area of economic competitiveness development with direct impact on the whole society and he develops activities in the area of innovative solutions for human capital improvement, university environment changes, development of entrepreneurial approach (leader of initiative), good corporate governance (the so called Governance Model), lifelong education (leader of initiative), development of globalized labour market and in the area of transfer of the best practice from corporate changes management and public policies to countries with less developed economies but with high development potential.

He established the strategic holding company JENEWEIN GROUP covering and developing portfolio of companies that are a part of renowned global organizations, thus ensuring the position of respected leader on the consulting services market. As of the foundation he is a chairman of the company responsible for strengthening of the group consulting portfolio and strategic relationships development for provision of services for public sector as well as state-controlled industrial branches in all companies managed by the later - Amrop Slovakia, FIPRA Slovakia, Jenewein Slovakia and EPPP.

He is a member of various Governing Boards and associations, clubs and organizations at home as well as abroad and a member of various advisory commissions in the NR SR. From 2005 he is a president of Business Alliance of Slovakia. He received the award Slovak Gold, Zlatý biatec, President Award of Amrop and award for development of French-Slovak relationships. On the European level, he is a member - advisor of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels. He has made many expert presentations and has broad publication activities at home as well as abroad.

Patrik Zoltvány

Vice-Chairman of the Board EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

He is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of the company FIPRA Slovakia - Public Policy & Regulatory Advisers and a member of Strategy Board of holding company JENEWEIN GROUP responsible for territorial distribution of consulting services in all companies managed by the later - Amrop Slovakia, FIPRA Slovakia, Jenewein Slovakia and EPPP. In the long term he engages in management and implementation of international projects in the area of public and regulatory issues with specific focus on EU Government Affairs, competition policy, state aid, capacity building and institutions and strategic consulting for EU programs and policies. He works in the group from 1999 and already in 2004 he became a partner for the area of EU Consulting & Lobbying Services and head of the EU Office in Brussels.

He started his career in the area of consulting related to analysis of EU membership's impacts on activities of individual companies, building contacts/relationships with institutions and professional associations in EU and lobbying in Brussels including selection and preparation of experts for European affairs. He has an extensive experience in the area of EU Affairs for business and public sector on various levels as a project manager, consultant and advisor for ministries and European institutions in Brussels.

He was a member of the team that participated in separation of complex consulting solutions in the area of Public Affairs & Government Relations, that thanks to the company FIPRA Slovakia become a part of the leading European group operating in the area of public and regulatory policies with special focus on strategic government relations; it has its own EU representation in Brussels that coordinates representation of clients and enforcement of their interests in front of the European institutions. He is a co-owner and Senior Partner of this company from its foundation in 2007.

He is vice-chairman of the Governing Board of EPPP - European Public Policy Partnership, a private think-tank organization operating in Bratislava and Brussels and acts as an initiator of solutions in the area of economic competitiveness development with direct impact on the whole society, where he develops activities in the area of transfer of best practice of company changes management and public policies to countries with underdeveloped economy but with high development potential.

On the EU level, he is a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels, and he engages mainly in the area of external relationships with countries preparing for EU membership. Within the EESC he is a member of Western Balkans Contact Group through which he assists to these countries to prepare for the membership in the EU. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars and has broad publication activities at home as well as abroad.

Igor Šulík

Member of the Board EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

He is a Managing Partner of Amrop Slovakia and a member of Strategy Board of holding company JENEWEIN GROUP. His primary focus is on leading professional practice teams in the areas of Executive Search, Board Advisory Services and Management Audit and Human Capital Consulting services. He joined the firm in 2002.

He has long-time experience in management and realization of international Executive Search (Western and Central Europe) across the spectrum of Board and C-level as well as senior and middle management positions for variety of international as well as local companies. He has qualification and experience with leading consulting projects in the areas of Management Assessment, Management Design and Management Development & Coaching including Potential Analysis and Professional Development of Boards and Executives.

He is the CEE Board Advisory Services Practice Group Leader and is responsible for managing projects in the areas of Board Search, Board Design, Board Appraisal, Board Review and Board Coaching in both commercial as well as public sectors and provides consulting on various issues of Corporate Governance locally as well as on the international level.

Prior to joining Amrop he worked for another international executive search consultancy acting for some time also as Director of its Slovak representation. Before he moved to executive search business, he worked in business administration for one of the venture capital funds in Slovakia.

Mr. Šulík is a member of the Governing Board of EPPP - European Public Policy Partnership, a private think-tank organization operating in Bratislava and Brussels and acts as an initiator of solutions in the area of Governance Model. Also he is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and is a member of European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI). He has a broad scope of activities in the area of lectures and publication at home as well as abroad.

Mária Nádaždyová

Senior Program Manager EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

Mária Nádaždyová is a Senior Program Manager of the think-tank organization EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership since 2008. She also acts as a leader of the initiative Development of globalized labour market.

She has long term expert and managerial experience in public policy sector mostly in the field of social policy and employment, where the majority of her recent experience has focused on the area of social assistance, social inclusion and change management of social services, further education and human capital development, international relations, management and assessment of development and cooperation programmes and projects. Since 2000 she has been engaged predominantly in the EU affairs focusing on the EU architecture, decision-making processes, EU policies and legislation, EU social model, institution and capacity building and EU programmes. She makes use of her professional background and extensive experience in national and EU policy to transfer EU policy and good practice to countries on their road to the EU membership and countries with high development potential.

In various training programmes and public presentations she concentrates mostly on the topics related to elimination of poverty and social exclusion, people with disabilities – their human rights, quality of life and employment prospects, modern social services, further training of public servants in the EU affairs, verbal and non-verbal communication in negotiations, EU institutions and decision-making processes, coordination of EU affairs at national level, comparison of different social models, Lisbon Strategy and globalization – gains, risks and losses.

These topics provide reference framework for different programme and project initiatives she develops and implements through the following project schemes: ESF, Slovak Aid, EU Technical Assistance – Twinning, Financial Mechanisms – EEA, Norwegian and Swiss.

Miroslav Řádek

Leader of Initiative EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

He works for the EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership as a leader of Universities Governance Initiative.

Prior joining the EPPP he cooperated with various distinguished Slovak think-tanks where he specialized on political analyses and local policy management system. While working for NGOs he promoted topics of civic activism with strong emphasis on identification and consequent preparation of potential youth leaders. He was also editor in chief of information periodical newsletter of self-governing authority of town Trenčín. Opinion making media and internet portals publish regularly his comments on various public topics – mostly related to home politics.

He is a university lecturer of political sciences and sociology profiling in political parties theory and practice – the topic of his doctorate thesis accomplished in 2007.

Mario Fondati

Leader of Initiative EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership

He is a Partner of Amrop Slovakia. His primary focus is on leading professional practice teams in the areas of Executive Search and Human Capital Consulting Services. He joined the firm in 2010.

He is experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region across many senior and middle management positions as well as high speciality positions for variety of companies in German as well as English speaking environment. He has got extensive knowledge and experience in area of business processes, restructuring, quality, planning, marketing and sales.

He is responsible for managing projects especially in the areas of Executive Search and Board Advisory Services in Industrial, IT/Telco, Retail and Life Science sectors and provides consulting on various issues locally as well as on the international level.

Prior to joining Amrop Slovakia he worked for another international Executive Search consultancy with responsibility for managing his own business case. Before he moved to Executive Search business, for several years he held a leadership role in telecommunication sector in area of sales support, marketing, planning and quality.

He is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and leader of Increasing Value of Human Capital Initiative at think-tank EPPP – European Public Policy Partnership.
