BIP Mission

The mission of BIP is to actively identify, create and implement innovative tools for development of products and services. BIP operates on two basic levels. Within the first level it is provision of services for internal needs of companies belonging to JENEWEIN GROUP. BIP activities are carried out as part of consulting services for important Slovak and supranational clients of the whole Group.

BIP Function

The main function of BIP is to identify and provide innovative solutions that are an essential part of successful operation on global supranational markets. Through a professional team BIP defines and implements modern procedures for improvement of quality of products and services with direct influence on competitiveness and continuous growth. BIP acts as innovation, implementation, coordination and communication unit that grants high successfulness of project solutions based on rich experience.

Main BIP tools

Development of new, not standardly used solution is a basic prerequisite for competitiveness on present, dynamically developing global market. Every stage of provided solutions is monitored and assessed by the client as well as competition. Basic assumption for sustainability of successful solutions is emphasis on creation and implementation of more suitable solutions that will provide added value for clients. It is necessary to monitor and dictate market and global trends, communicate with clients and to ask for their needs and at the same time to observe stable professional and value standards. In the area of development and innovation of solutions BIP ensures in particular:

  • Definition of up-to-date principles of processes and bringing them into being.


BIP achieved determined objectives thought the following areas:

Innovation of solutions

Development of new and upgrading existing solutions in accordance with global and market trends. These activities are based on a monitoring and searching approach to market and global trends by means of regular activities as “complex market survey of solutions” and the so called market benchmark. Other activities arise from internal and external environment (e.g. involvement of management and employees on development of new services). Functional system of motivation and evaluation of proposed innovation solutions by management as well as employees is also important in order to achieve stimulation of creation and efficiency of proposed solutions. Innovation solutions are our reaction to constantly developing competition, global trends and requirements of clients.

Innovation of processes

It secures effectiveness of internal processes within execution of professional solutions. Effectiveness of provided solutions is a fundamental prerequisite for relationship, management and economic effectiveness. Quality process for solution implementation is a basis for building long-term relationships, determining effective competencies of members of realization teams, management of responsibilities and sufficient reporting. Well-designed process is also a cornerstone of subsequently successful CRM system. In this area BIP provides solutions for creation of implementation procedures that are in accordance with the most up-to-date, effective and available implementation methods of professional solutions. Changing market environment, technical possibilities and global trends stimulate us to change our approaches toward more effective solutions with maximizing added value.
