EPPP is a private think-tank operating in Bratislava and Brussels. It provides space for discussion and dialogue among experts, academics, legislators and professionals; it focuses on the most important problems in the area of human capital, changes of higher education environment, good corporate governance (the so called Governance Model), development of globalized labour market, systems of lifelong learning and advisory and new possibilities for the use of public private partnerships (PPP). Representatives of EPPP engage in various expert and practice groups (primarily in public administration), in which they enforce partial changes leading to achievement of defined objectives.

EPPP provides top scientific knowledge in the area of designing, implementation and assessment of human capital strategy focused on solution of strategic and operative challenges in order to improve the global economic dynamics and competitiveness in Europe.

All the initiatives are implemented by followed sources:

  • Private Sources
    EPPP is applying for private sources from individual donors only on behalf of individual project implementation. Private sources are used strictly to develop topics connected to program initiatives. Within private sources EPPP uses:

  • internal sources
       EPPP has been supported since establishing from financial and non-financial sources of the owners and    employers belonging to strategic holding company JENEWEIN GROUP.

    external sources
       EPPP is applying for financial and non-financial support of sympathizers from private sector.

  • Support program of EC and EEA
    All EPPP activities within the mechanism of support program EC and EEA (ESF, NFM and SFM) are focused on identification and subsequent active implementation of long-term strategic partnerships by development of strategic partnerships the EPPP aims to create space for active implementation of individual project intentions that will help to manage progressive changes in EPPP initiatives in the long term.

  • Risk Capital
    Identification and subsequent efforts for using risk capital schemes shall be primarily used in areas and issues that have high development potential and in those territories, where they are completely new or not standardly used. At the same time it refers to areas and issues with high risk coefficient of return on investment. Risk capital mechanisms are used for development of issues without interest of standard financial entities of private or public sectors from objective reasons.

  • Foreign State Aid Schemes
    The EPPP uses foreign aid schemes to develop issues of development of societies in countries with transforming economies that result in more effective public policies management and increase of competitiveness of economy. Foreign state aid schemes are primarily allocated from public and state sources and help to fulfil priorities of “donor” country.

  • Public Budgets
    Public funds are used for fulfilment of objectives of mutual interests of public administration and EPPP. Implementation of such activities takes into account priorities and objectives of public entities – project beneficiaries. By expert discussion the EPPP efforts in asserting opinions and values within public entities and thus contribute to improvement of quality, state and direction of public strategies.
