Quality Standards

For the family of companies within JENEWEIN GROUP (AMROP HEVER Slovakia, FIPRA Slovakia, AJG Consulting and EPPP Think Tank) focus on quality is one of the core policies. Adamant implication of this principle to all activities and continuous work on quality assurance is at first instance guaranteed by obtained and regularly renewed international certificate of management quality of Dutch accreditation – ISO 9001:2000. The certification was issued by Det Norske Veritas in December 2005 for all companies in the group portfolio in the range of following services:

Complex advisory in the area of human capital and management, including search & selection (Executive Search, Recruiting & Selection), psycho-diagnostic assessment and appraisal of human resources (management and personnel audits and analysis), projects focused on management and development of human capital, education and training programs (including advisory on career development with focus on increasing employability on the market – Outplacement), creation of management structures and systems and compensation planning, administration of personal data (personal databases), European Affairs consulting, lobbying services, public and non-profit sector.

Another important basis for safeguarding the highest quality standards of JENEWEIN GROUP and the portfolio of its companies is the membership in a number of professional and interest organizations and regular education and training activities of our employees through our own Professional Practice Academy. Strict perception and guarding of quality deriving from our own principles and the principles, towards which JENEWEIN GROUP, or the companies in its portfolio, are bound to, increases the overall effectiveness, level of services offered and strengthens values such as trustworthiness, credibility and reliability in the relationship with employees as well as clients.   • JENEWEIN GROUP is since 1993 a founding member of the Slovak Association for Consulting in Management (SAPR).
  • AMROP HEVER Slovakia is since 1999 member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), a world-wide association of Executive Search consultancies.
  • JENEWEIN GROUP is since 2001 member of the Business Alliance of Slovakia (PAS), which works for improving the business environment in Slovakia and fulfilling of principles such as ethics, openness, solidarity and lawfulness.
  • JENEWEIN GROUP is since 2004 member of the National Union of Employers (RUZ), through which it is bound to contribute to the protection of common employers´ interests, entrepreneurial rights and freedoms of citizens on the basis of voluntariness, freedom of expression and freedom of political affiliation.
  • AMROP HEVER Slovakia is since 2005 member of the Central European Corporate Governance Association (CECGA), which aims to among other topics support and spread best practice in the area of Corporate Governance. AMROP HEVER is since 2006 also active in the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) with the seat in Brussels.
