Project Uni2010/Start up!
Uni2010 was set up in 2006 as an independent and non-profit organization with authentic goal to invent and try out a model of modern University. Afterwards, Uni2010 developed different initiatives through which it wanted to help university students in discovering their own talent and to support them in building their personality vision. Its first-rate target stayed the effort to activate young people and to increase their inspiration to achieve something in life. Uni2010 was founded by Juraj Kováč, who was at that time a student of The Faculty of Economics of Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. As a professional guarantor of the whole project providing background, direct support and specialized advisory to some of 17 main related initiatives (Professions 2010 – 2020, The best idea, Business hatchery, Business Academy, Modern Uni). Today, we support the main project Start up! (Rozbehni sa!) within that arised a community of Start-uppers – creators on social net Facebook. Besides the mutual support and help for all “who are starting up something, who want to start up or to kick to that” we organise, under the head BestGuest, all over the Slovakia series of interactive contributions of businessmen. One of the guests was on April 14, 2011 also Martin Krekáč, Founding Partner & Chairman of Jenewein Group. The name of his presentation was: How strong is your will to prove something?.
