Strategic Talent Acquisition na konferencii New Visions in HR 2017
Igor Šulík, Managing Leadership Partner v slovenskom Amrope, ako skúsený profesionál v oblasti strategického poradenstva pre nastavovanie a realizovanie programov v oblasti Talent Acquisition a Leadership Services prijal pozvanie a stal sa jedným z prednášateľov, ktorí v hlavnom programe vystúpili na konferencii New Visions in HR 2017. V prednáške s názvom Strategic Talent Acquisition – ľudí treba poznať skôr, ako ich potrebujeme získať, hovoril aj o tom, že systematické spoznávanie talentu človeka je predpokladom posunu od reaktívneho k proaktívnemu spôsobu získavania správnych ľudí v potrebnom čase. V poradí desiaty ročník konferencie organizovala spoločnosť In Form Slovakia a uskutočnila sa 13. septembra 2017 v Bratislave. Jedným z troch generálnych partnerov podujatia bol i4 Neuroleader Model, ktorý na slovenskom i širšom stredoeurópskom trhu predstavila a s úspechom aplikuje spoločnosť Amrop Slovakia.
