European Parliament about Ukraine
At 8th of December 2005 was hold a conference called Study day of the EPP - ED Group on Ukraine at European Parliament in Brussels. The conference was organized by Group of the European People's party (Christian democrats) and European Democrats in the European Parliament. The main issues of the conference were:
- new challenges in EU-Ukraine cooperation
- new potential for democracy after Orange revolution
- dynamics of change of Ukrainian economy and also mutual partnerships based on neighbors
At the conference was also present Jacek Saryusz-Wolski, Vice-President of the European Parliament. Peter Bachratý, Senior EU Affairs Officer of Amrop Jenewein Group took actively part on this event, with presentation Eurointegration & Investment Climate and Opportunities in Ukraine.
