Responsible Business

The commitment towards Responsible Business is for Jenewein Group, Amrop and Fipra the most important factor of business success and customer satisfaction. We never compromise on what we consider to be the founding pillar of all our activities - the highest professional and ethical standards. In all circumstances, we do our best not to forget about the society and the environment around us. A crucial part of the policy of Jenewein Group as well as companies Amrop and Fipra is therefore Corporate Social Responsibility. We subordinate both our everyday activities as well as the company development strategy to our commitment to support specific areas which require assistance. In accordance with the rest of our company goals, we set our target with respect to CSR higher than the common standards. We do not want to exploit existing resources and potential, we want to create and contribute to the creation of values that will provide the base for inspiration of future generations, a better social climate and quality of life of all citizens.

Responsibility to Ethics and Morality. We are in the first place working with people and therefore, ethical and moral values are the basic prerequisites for our professional approach towards clients and candidates as well as public-oriented activities.

Responsibility to Society. It is a base for everything we do, every service or every innovation, because we try to create values which contribute towards building an educated, modern and understanding society, in which we want to work and live - raise children and take care of families.

Responsibility to Those who Need Help. We believe that we are strong enough to help the weaker, especially those, who do not have the same possibilities as we do.

Responsibility to the Environment. We care about everything that impacts environment, for example even which toners or which paper we use and whether our suppliers meet the strictest norms. In all our outputs we point to the importance of environmental protection and we place these topics in the centre of attention.

Responsibility to the Future. From the beginning of our presence on the market, we are helping talents. We try to open their eyes, untie their hands and open the door towards discovering and making use of their potential. For almost two decades, we have been participating in the development of young people, talents and the creation of a knowledge-based society.

Jenewein Group, Amrop and Fipra have in line with their main business orientation and corporate social responsibility goals until now focused mostly on the deepening and spreading of ideas which place emphasis on the development of the society on the basis of a knowledge-based economy via human capital. Our current public-oriented activities include long-term partnerships, direct and professional support to innovative projects and provision of a well-established base in a number of areas (knowledge-based society, Corporate Governance, innovations, support of children, young talents, university graduates and family, gender equality etc.).
