Responsibility to Ethics and Morality. We are in the first place working with people and therefore, ethical and moral values are the basic prerequisites for our professional approach towards clients and candidates as well as public-oriented activities.

Responsibility to Society. It is a base for everything we do, every service or every innovation, because we try to create values which contribute towards building an educated, modern and understanding society, in which we want to work and live - raise children and take care of families.

Responsibility to Those who Need Help. We believe that we are strong enough to help the weaker, especially those, who do not have the same possibilities as we do.

Responsibility to the Environment. We care about everything that impacts environment, for example even which toners or which paper we use and whether our suppliers meet the strictest norms. In all our outputs we point to the importance of environmental protection and we place these topics in the centre of attention.

Responsibility to the Future. From the beginning of our presence on the market, we are helping talents. We try to open their eyes, untie their hands and open the door towards discovering and making use of their potential.
