Strategic Talent Acquisition s HRcomm

Amrop spolu s Východoslovenským regionálnym klubom HRcomm – Združenia pre riadenie a rozvoj ľudských zdrojov zorganizoval podujatie s názvom Strategic Talent Acquisition alebo Ako získať správnych ľudí na pozície budúcnosti?. Uskutočnilo sa 28. novembra 2018 na pôde spoločnosti Východoslovenská energetika Holding v Košiciach. Hlavnou hostiteľkou bola Markéta Hritz, vedúca Východoslovenského regionálneho klubu HRcomm a zároveň Human Resources v spoločnosti Východoslovenská energetika Holding/innogy SEE. Súčasťou programu bola panelová diskusia na tému Strategický prístup k získavaniu talentov alebo Ľudí treba poznať skôr, ako ich potrebujeme získať, v ktorej sa okrem Markéty Hritz predstavili: Alena Ronďošová, Head of HR Business Partners, Recruitment and Resource Management, T-Systems Slovakia, Marek Antal, Managing Director & VP SK, GlobalLogic a Norbert Brath, CEO, SPINEA.
