Consulting company Amrop Slovakia, law firm Havel, Holásek & Partners and company Renomia put together expertise and professional experience and organized seminar on a topic Responsibility and risks of statutory bodies and directors and their insurance options. An event dedicated to nearly 60 invited guests was held on June 5, 2012 in Bratislava. Program of the seminar was opened by Igor Šulík, Managing Partner at Amrop Slovakia who talked about European and national framework called Corporate Governance, namely good administration of a company. Although this topic is little by little getting familiar also in Slovak companies, liability insurance of members of statutory and supervisory bodies of companies which has been raised in connection with these duties is in Slovakia compared to countries abroad still rare. This was confirmed by interest of the participants and also by discussion which started after the presentations of representatives of all three organizing companies.

Birthday Wine Tasting

8.3.2012

This year's March 8 belongs in over twenty years of history of JENEWEIN GROUP and companies in its portfolio to the dates to be remembered for a long time. Most of this memorable day we spent in Modra-Hamónia and we had several reasons for joy: celebration of 50th and 70th birthdays and we did not forget the International Women Day. And due to the fact that the conventional entertainment is not our style, we again wanted-and also got something different. Our expectations highly exceeded the organized wine tasting at the family wine cellar of Vinárstvo Miroslav Dudo completed by a consumption of Modra's gourmet specialties. Miroslav Dudo personally talked to us about the wine with humour and facts. The proof that he is willing to do everything what he sees in the eyes (and taste buds) of his guests, is not only our satisfaction and fantastic experience but also a group picture in the gallery that he took for us.
