Christmas party

14.12.2017

This year's Christmas party of the Jenewein Group (Amrop, Fipra and EPPP) was inspired by the Venetian style. As a thank-you to the oldest employee Angelika Wernerová for her long-term work for the whole group, its owner Martin Krekáč decided to travel by train to her dream destination – Venice. The two days spent in the city of carnivals and film festivals will certainly be part of our common activities, which are not going to be forgotten. A guided city tour, excellent accommodation in the very center of the city, and a common dinner with Italian and Venetian specialties are just a few points of rich, entertaining program full of experience.

Saint Nicolas day

6.12.2017

We have agreed that the eve of the feast of St. Nicolas is the funniest day of the year in the Jenewein Group (as well as in Amrop, Fipra and EPPP). St. Nicolas and the angel arrived again on Štefanovičova Street on December 5, 2017 with a bag full of gifts. Sweet cargo has delighted all children, and so with a proper engagement and joy (occasionally with worries) they presented a song or a poem to him. After the packs were distributed, children together with their parents and relatives watched a fairy tale and we all enjoyed prepared snacks mostly from our home kitchen. Also this year, the visit of Saint Nicolas, thanks to the sincere childhood pleasure, has attuned us by both the atmosphere and the decoration to a magical Advent time.

Jenewein Group is the partner of the only this year´s concert of M. Gombitová

4.12.2017

Marika Gombitová is one of the most successful Slovak singers and songwriters. Last year she pleased her fans with the birthday concert she organized on the occasion of her life jubilee. The positive reactions and the unceasing interest of supporters encouraged her to decide to perform during this year's Advent at the Prague Tipsport Arena on a single and exclusive concert in 2017. She delighted her audience on December 2, 2017 at the author concert. Like a year ago, the consulting company Jenewein Group became the partner of the event. In a festive program composed entirely of Marika’s author's songs, she welcomed new-generation personalities who are inspired by her music and who recognize her as one of the best artists of her time. Marika Gombitová sang her "best of" and also was leaving her another popular hits for talented and successful performers from Czech Republic and Slovakia – at the concert, there performed artists like Celeste Buckingham, Emma Drobná, Tereza Kerndlová, Sabina Křováková, Emma Smetana, Ladislav Bubnár, Adam Ďurica, Martin Chodúr, Adam Mišík, children's choir Corro Piccoli and others.

During #GivingTuesday, we were generous especially for talents

28.11.2017

Because the only thing that can move the capital is talent, even during the #GivingTuesday – a worldwide celebration of generosity, giving and volunteering, Amrop Slovakia decided to focus especially on young people. On this very day – November 28, 2017 – the consultant Lucia Nacíková devoted Simulator of Job Interviews, specially designed training aimed at successful interview handling and job recruitment, to Students of the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Within the framework of the Young People Employment Support Project, which is part of the EPIC Non-Profit Organization, she led a series of interviews. Amrop, as a socially responsible company, has been supporting this project for a long time to help young people build a career and to discover talents among them that can attract potential employers to occupy current and future positions. Amrop also used #GivingTuesday to give an expert career advisory to managers from different areas who are in the time of a career change or need advice. This part of our donation was coordinated by Ladislava Molnárová, Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner. In addition, we have decided to dedicate twenty corporate hoodies and caps to children – Children's Safety Line clients, and have called on all employees of Jenewein Group to engage in this activity individually with a financial contribution or other gift.

23.11.2017

The current dynamics of change and the constantly changing expectations of those who are offering work, and of those who are buying work, are calling for another, strategic approach to gaining people. Amrop in Slovakia is aware of the solution and therefore it dealt with this topic on the next meeting of the Coffee time with Amrop series. It took place on November 23, 2017 in Bratislava’s Binarium. Invited guests – mainly top managers from significant companies and human resources experts – discussed with Amrop about the challenges that companies face today and the solutions provided by Strategic Talent Acquisition. The meeting’s program was led by Ladislava Molnárová, Partner, who has invited three great guests to the debate about the successful Amrop concept – Miroslava Rusnoková, representative of the new generation and new approach to HR, Zuzana Vinklerová, member of the top management with HR Responsibilities and Ľuboš Lopatka, successful, top and strategic manager.

St. Martin’s goose in Slovenský Grob

12.11.2017

Since we are honoring the centuries-old Slovak traditions, this year we all met on Friday, November 10, 2017, for a banquet at Pivnica u Zlatej Husi in Slovenský Grob. A meal, that will "please all the senses", we enjoyed in the kingdom of the goose – in the Jajcay family, where the secret recipe of the unmistakable roasted goose and delicious goose liver is given for the fourth generation. We thank Martin Krekáč for the invitation and for the pleasant moments spent alongside St. Martin's goose.
