JENEWEIN GALLERY: Inkognito I JOJ Television

8.9.2025

The diversity of our Jenewein gallery is also confirmed by another unique exhibit – the television show. In 2019, our Office & Happiness Manager Ingrid Svitaničová was part of the popular competition and entertainment show Inkognito on JOJ Television. In the show, celebrities from the world of showbusiness guess the unusual professions of guests and, at the end, reveal the identity of the secret guest – a celebrity. Under the baton of moderator Vlado Voštinár, the four people guessing – Zdena Studenková, Michal Hudák, Marián Čekovský and Jozef Vajda – failed to guess Inge’s position – and no wonder. We were one of the first companies in Slovakia to create the Happiness Manager position back in 2017. In this role, Ingrid creates space, time and inspiration for activities that strengthen not only performance and efficiency, but especially the quality of team relationships, internal communication, positive emotions and overall satisfaction. She also supports social and personal responsibility – all in line with our corporate culture and values.

JENEWEIN GALLERY: Jenewein Pétanque Tournament I unknown author

19.8.2025

In the spirit of long-term efforts to strengthen corporate culture, in 2010, after moving our Bratislava office to Štefanovičova 12, we started a new phase in our business with a corporate pétanque tournament. The great idea did not remain just words and the Jenewein Pétanque Tournament took place by the Danube river in Sad Janka Kráža with the participation of players and spectators from all companies belonging to the Jenewein Group portfolio. As is often the case with this popular French game, the sporting competition was combined with a pleasant social atmosphere. The trophy today – even after fifteen years – has its permanent place in our corporate premises. Although its author remains unknown, it undoubtedly belongs in the Jenewein gallery. It illustrates our more than 35-year long history, which is not only made up of work achievements, but also of community, friendships and shared moments, which are also an important part of our story.

Five years later, he became Partner in the area of EU Consulting & Lobbying Services. He led our EU office in Brussels, which was one of the first representations of Slovak companies at the center of European events, actively helping Slovakia and other countries in entering and establishing themselves in the EU. He was a member – advisor to the European Economic and Social Committee (2006 – 2010) and is an accredited lobbyist in Brussels. Patrik Zoltvány is a respected consultant and lobbyist as an expert with experience in leading international projects in the field of public and regulatory affairs with a specific focus on EU Government Affairs, competition, state aid, capacity and institution building and strategic advice for EU programmes. Among them, it is worth mentioning his work as the head of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia (ILCHAM). The success in this role is also confirmed by the fact that Patrik was elected Chairman of its Board for the second time in June this year. His portraits belong in our gallery as naturally as he does in our story!

Again in the TOP 10, confirming that Executive Search innovations make sense

16.6.2025

Our approach to Executive Search is different – open. We innovate where others repeat the usual. We do not just fill positions but build trustworthy partnerships to implement complex consulting projects. As hunters, we aim with confidence, as partners, we provide comprehensive advice. We are open in our approach to clients and far removed from the Executive Search procedures of a few years ago. Thanks to the HEADS & HUNTERS approach, we are again in the TOP 10 largest Executive Search companies in Slovakia. The ranking was published by the annual Career Guide 2025, which is published as a special edition of the monthly magazine The Slovak Spectator. The ranking is compiled based on a combination of several indicators for 2024 (number of active Executive Search partners and consultants, revenues and number of filled positions according to individual levels, etc.). In addition to rankings and useful data and contacts, the yearbook also brings interesting information and trends not only for HR professionals. We have been a part of it since its publication in 1999. Martin Krekáč also contributed to the content of the current edition, writing the article Selling online is easier than it seems for the TRENDS section.

Filip Krekáč opens the summer with a new hit ‘Have a Dance Day!’

15.6.2025

In January of this year, the Musica label signed a publishing contract with Filip Krekáč, performing under the stage name Xtravagant. Filip, who has been working at the Jenewein Group since 2013 – currently in the position of graphic designer, thus got the opportunity to sign a contract with the label, which in the past was behind Luciano Pavarotti or Falco. The new cooperation, also supported by our group through Jenewein Records, brought the first fruit in the form of the summer hit ‘Have a Dance Day!’ with a pop sound, which premiered on June 12, 2025 simultaneously with a video clip. This is Filip’s first contact with an international music label, which was impressed by his previous work and presentation, also thanks to the catchy song ‘The Electro Pop Symphony’. Currently, Filip Krekáč alias Xtravagant has released several songs and music videos on official music platforms and music YouTube channel.

Chyme sa za ruky – Music and the Power of Human Connection

26.5.2025

On May 25, 2025, the courtyard of the neo-Gothic mansion in Galanta was transformed into a place full of music, joy and fun. As part of the 16th year of the event Chyme sa za ruky (Let's Hold Hands), children and adults with disabilities met here to enjoy a special day. Jenewein Group has been a supporter of this benefit concert for several years. The event began with performance of Zumba Sonnyes Slovakia. The atmosphere full of rock music was then created by the bands Tribute to the music of live aid (Netherlands), Montana stomp (Spain) and Peter Cmorik Band, the moderator was Roman Pomajbo. However, it was not just a concert – the event offered a varied accompanying program. Participants took part in creative workshops – they tried encaustic, face painting and canvas painting. The Let’s Hold Hands event was once again proof that culture, music and art can bring people together regardless of their abilities. The Galanta mansion witnessed not only powerful musical moments, but above all a strong human connection – sincere, heartfelt and full of respect.

Another compilation of Marika Gombitová's greatest hits is out

18.4.2025

OPUS publishing house will make Marika Gombitová's fans happy twice this year. After the success of the representative double album of her original songs Earth named Love (2CD and 2LP) from 2021, it has included another compilation in its publishing plan. The album Dievča s krásnou tvárou (Girl With Pretty Face) – named again after one of Marika's hits – was released as a 2CD on April 18 and as a 2LP on June 6, 2025. Compiler Juraj Čurný has included the best that Janko Lehotský, Vašo Patejdl, Pavol Hammel, Ján Lauko, Ali Brezovský, Dežo Ursiny, Gabo Dušík, Andrej Šeban and Ján Štrasser have written for Marika. The author of 20 texts is Kamil Peteraj who also wrote the accompanying text for the album. Thanks to the brilliantly composed set of 21 songs, Marika "brings us a cleansing beauty, her story, which is unique, fateful and unusually strong". This is how Marika's court lyricist wrote it – and we have got nothing left to add but to say that another rare trophy from music and collector's perspective has been added to the collection of supporters and loyal fans of our most successful singer and composer. As a long-time Art Consulting partner of Marika Gombitová, we welcome the first news for 2025 and are happy to add that Marika and her team are preparing a Bratislava concert and another interesting album for her fans by the end of the year – this time live recordings from the Bratislava Lyre singing competition.

JENEWEIN GALLERY: Portraits of the founding partner M. Krekáč I ŠTRAUCH, KNAP, HYŽA, BARINKA and others

27.2.2025

Over the 35 years of our existence, the environment in which we operate has changed fundamentally. When we included the historical Amrop Jenewein News in the Jenewein gallery, we already mentioned that technological progress over the past decades has transferred the vast majority of information and communication to the virtual world. However, many years of our development and formation of the consulting market in Central Europe overlapped with the period when classic printed materials – newspapers, magazines and company brochures – were the main means of presentation or communication. However, sharing our own knowledge and experience is important to us at every stage. Especially at the turn of the millennium, we devoted a lot of energy and effort not only to the creation of authored articles, studies and analyses, but also to active cooperation in the creation and publication of various professional supplements specialized in human capital and management. Such was the case, for example, with the supplement to the Hospodárske noviny Career, later Human Capital, the magazines Business Slovakia and Bratislava/Prague Leaders Magazine, or the annual Career & Employment Guide from The Slovak Spectator. Part of the production process, longer and more complicated than today, was also high-quality image materials. And this is how several photographic portraits of the founding partner and chairman of the Jenewein Group, Martin Krekáč, were created, five of which we have also selected for our gallery in the month of his birthday. Starting from the photo from 1995 – the year of our fifth anniversary, to the current one – their authors are renowned photographers such as Maňo Štrauch, Dušan Knap, Alan Hyža, Jozef Barinka and many others. They illustrated profile interviews or commentaries for newspapers and magazines such as e.g. Revue priemyslu, Goldman, Kankán, Žurnál, Trend, SME, etc. Even today, we do not compromise on quality, but communication with our surroundings is much, much faster thanks to technological innovations and AI.
