We joined the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of Israel's independence

25.4.2023

The day of celebration of the anniversary of Israeli independence is traditionally preceded by the day of national remembrance Yom HaZikaron. It is one of the most significant days of the civil year in Israel – this year it commemorates 24,213 victims of war and 4,255 victims of militant attacks. The melancholic mood of the moments, during which people remembered the memory of the fallen members of the Israeli security forces and the victims of armed attacks was replaced on 25 April by the nationwide celebrations of Independence Day, with which Israel commemorated the 75th anniversary of independence. On this occasion, Patrik Zoltvány, senior partner of FIPRA Slovakia, met with the Ambassador of the State of Israel to Slovakia, H.E. Eitan Levon, at the Israeli Embassy in Bratislava. Also on behalf of the Jenewein Group, he thus joined the commemoration of the great sacrifice that Israelis made for their own country and for the efforts to suppress anti-Semitism, racism and expressions of hatred of any kind. All the best, Israel.

We commemorate 25 years of our online presence

10.3.2023

Jenewein Group's first website was created 25 years ago! This was in 1998 – just eight years after our consulting group was founded (1990) and just as long after Timothy Berners-Lee and Robert Cailliau developed the World Wide Web in the European Laboratory for Particle Physics in Geneva (1989-1990). By the way, the year of our entry on the network is also associated with three other anniversaries of services that are now an obvious part of our days – 1998 is the year when the Google service was officially launched, then iTV as the first streaming service in the world, and 1998 is also known as the year of the first cyber-attack. In a quarter of a century, a lot has changed not only in the online world. Of course, our current website is also different. It is necessary to mention in this regard that one single person has been behind all technological innovations since the launch of the web until these days – our Technical & IT Manager Dušan Opálený. We completed the remaining redesign in the spring of 2022 – it concerned not only the classic and mobile website, but also the modification of the logo and other elements of external communication. We have linked all news with the innovation of our services and Jenewein CZ | SK consulting platforms, within which our teams are also active in global partnerships and networks.

Through personal commitment, Filip Krekáč is developing cooperation with the League for Mental Health of the SR

24.2.2023

Thanks to strong personal motivation stemming from professional and private values, Filip Krekáč is developing cooperation with the League for Mental Health of the SR (Liga za duševné zdravie SR). It stems from his involvement in the project SPOLUTVORBA /coproduction/. The primary ambition of this project is to innovate the functionality and accessibility of the system of prevention and care for mental health in Slovakia, where peer consultants play a specific role. These are trained people with personal experience of mental illness who, based on what they have experienced or live with, work together with mental health service providers and their customers, i.e. people with mental illness, to achieve a common outcome. The League for Mental Health of the SR is a non-political, charitable, humanitarian, non-professional and independent interest association of citizens and legal entities. The creation of the league dates back to 2000, when there was a need for a strong umbrella organization to improve the lives of the mentally ill and prevent mental disorders.
