The forth update of the book Management of Employees' Performance issued by publishing house Dr. Josef Raabe Slovakia has appeared on the book market before Christmas. It handles the whole issue of evaluation, remuneration and motivation. Among the authors of the chapters there are experts from companies AMROP HEVER Slovakia and AJG Consulting. Ladislava Chvostaľová, who is also a member of the editorial team, has contributed to the book with work Succession planning and career management in relation to performance management. The levy system is in the surveys regularly described as one of the biggest barriers to business. The Business Alliance of Slovakia is devoted to this issue for a long time and due to the current state of economic crisis that affected the evolution of public finances and the repeated rejection of proposals for levy relief by the government, The Business Alliance of Slovakia come forward with a proposal which is the first step of reforming contribution scheme, which involves a massive simplification of the system of calculation and payment of levies.
